OUR VISION AND FUTURE PLANS

At Kettanamali around 60kms far from the Main Chennai City, Asian has established a new state of Art, Factory of 1,74,240 Sq.Ft, Installing five coating lines and ultra modern computerized conversion machinery to handle 17square million of film and paper per month. The Automation in coating, conversion, material handling, warehousing, packaging and professional shipping has made Asian grow multi fold and today it is the largest exporting house in India catering around 38 countries throughout the world.

Up to year 2020, Asian will expand it's activity in manufacturing of thermal lamination films, Sublimation Accessories and Various allied products for the industry of Offset, Industrial Printing, Reprography and Eletrophotography.

Established in the year 1979, we are a leading manufacturer, supplier, exporter, importer, wholesaler/distributor and service provider in the domain of Printing Media for Reprography, Digital Imaging, Offset Printing & Photo Lamination, Book Binding & Textile Designing, Smart Card Making Industrial applications. We are importing Lamination Film, Digital Board and Electric PVC Card Cutter. History

Since our inception, we have adopted many business strategies and have overcome different challenges with the support of our sound management.

The glorious history behind our organization is as tabulated below:

1979	Commenced production of Diazo paper for the first time in South India while maintaining international quality standards.
1980	M/s. Indian Engineering Industries, a Company of Devraj Group, started distributing the Asian products.
1981	We started Graphics and Communications to fabricate the Diazo Printing Machines.
1983	We purchased a new site at 116, Sidco Industrial Estate, Ambattur, for the installation of two stage coating plants in order to meet the rising demands of diazo paper in curl free cut sheets.
1984	Started branches all across the country including Mumbai, Pune , Kolkata, Bangalore, and Trivandrum.
1985	Established Design and Drafting Aids to manufacture drafting equipment like Filing Cabinets, Drawing Tables, Drafting Chairs, etc.
1987	In this year, Asian Reprographics (P) Ltd. was established in Hyderabad to fabricate Diazo paper for the market of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa.

Then came the changes in our management, which are described below:

1994	July 7th, the organization was taken over by the youngest son of Mr. S. Devraj Jain - The founder of G.D. Jain.
1995	We became the sole selling agent of Digital Printing Films & Polyester Master manufactured by Autotype International (U.K.).
1996	For the first time in India, we launched a complete range of Coated Papers and Films for Inkjet Printers & Plotters, manufactured by M/s. Schoellershammer (Germany).
1997	Became the sole selling agency of M/s. Papeteries Canson & Montgolfier S.A., France (in SAARC countries) for their technical and digital imaging media range including CAD, Graphic & G.I.S. Printing Media.
1998	Installation of two stage coating plants for producing the high quality Polyester Printing Plate for mini-offset as well as the complete range of DIAZO Laser Printable Media.
1999	We acquired around 20% of the Indian market share for Digital Printing Media, Polyester Printing Plates, Laser Tracing Films and also introduced state-of-art-product called Instant Lamination.
2000	Expansion of our production activities by installing a computer controlled modern wide web coating line which was imported from T.H. Dixon, U.K., in the newly bought site in 115, Sidco premises.
2001	We started a Digital Graphic & Design Studio Lab in Chennai in order to address the upcoming market of Signages, Advertising Industry.
2002	By April 1st, we launched many state-of-art-products to cater to the global market of Digital Imaging, Reprographic, Quick Printing and Photo Lamination Industry.
2003	Bought number of office premises in different parts of India and established branches in Pune & New Delhi. In the same year, the exports of Laser Films, Drafting Films, Polyester Masters and other Inkjet Media soared up by 20%.
2004	We completed 25 years in the Reprographics & Offset Printing Industry.
2005	Installation of fully computerized coating line for adhesive market.
2006	Conquered wide market across the globe including Europe, South America, Far East and South East Asia.
2007	Started developing Inkjet Matte & Clear Coated Films for textile designs.
2008	Installation of the third coating line was started in this year, and was completed in the initial months of 2009.
2009	Participation in the Print Pack 2009, New Delhi, has made a huge impact on smart card and photographic industry with its elaborative media and equipment range of products.
